Liability Waiver
I hereby for myself, my heirs and assigns waive and release any and all rights and claims for any damages I have against the SPCA of Central Florida, event sponsors, organizers of this event, their associates and representatives. I testify the animal I bring to the event is current on all inoculations and has tested negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids. I also agree to exercise all safety precautions and respect the property of others. I agree to be fully responsible for the animals in my charge. I also give full permission for the use of my name and photograph in connection with this event.

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we reserve the right to require any person not in control of their animal or who does not have appropriate records to leave the event.
